Board of Directors

Board of Directors The work of the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation is governed, guided and supported by Board of Directors. The Board directs OTMPC's overall strategies and operations by providing leadership, maintaining accountability for its programs and facilitating government and private stakeholder marketing efforts. The Board relies on input from industry-led working committees reporting through Committee Chairs.

The Lieutenant Governor in Council appoints Board Members for terms not exceeding three years. Board Members are appointed to one of four committees:

  • Executive Committee sets priorities and recommends objectives and strategies
  • Nominations Committee is responsible for succession planning and recruitment for industry committees
  • Marketing Performance Assessment Committee (MPAC) ensures appropriate performance measures are in place and reviewed on a regular basis
  • Finance and Audit Committee (FAC) oversees, supports and monitors responsible disclosure of OTMPC's financial operations and financial reports to the Board
