What is an 'event listing' and where does it appear?
An event is a tourism function that has a definite start date, end date, and MUST BE located in Ontario. You may submit any number of tourism related events. For example, a theatre may have one listing for the theatre as a tourism business, and one event listing for each play. Like listings, events will be published on our public website, www.ontariotravel.net, and will also appear on our Discover Ontario mobile app.

What is a ‘package listing’ and where does it appear?

A package listing offers value-added, time-limited, bundled trip components, making it easy for consumers to plan and book a trip. For example, a weekend getaway could include performance tickets, accommodations, guide services, or a restaurant voucher. Your package must be developed around one of the 18 experience categories listed on our site, but does not need to be exclusive to ontariotravel.net.

How do I add an image to my listing?

All listings are required to have an image featured on their ontariotravel.net listing.   Images can be sized prior to submitting the listing, or can be cropped using the cropping tool available on our site.  Please note the image must be: a clear, single photograph.  Sized 1920x800 pixels, JPEG format, max 4MB, landscape orientation.  No collages, texts or logos on the photograph. The photograph should reflect the visitor experience.
